About the program

The NextGen Leaders Program is an initiative by Do Well Do Good offered to all university students and young professionals worldwide to access a FREE individual-based training program online to develop their professional skills that will prepare them better to embrace rewarding careers. We aspire to extend our global footprint and empower the next generation of leaders with our unique approach. 

  This upcoming cohort is a new and unique cohort that is open ONLY for women who are above the age of 18. Participants will have the opportunity to attend live sessions with women leaders and experts and make global connections.

The NextGen Women Leaders Program offers a dynamic three-week online program focused on developing a leadership mindset, preparing participants for rewarding careers in a competitive job market. Through a series of online trainings, workbooks, self-assessments, live webinars with experts, and networking opportunities with other participants, this comprehensive course aims to cultivate a cohort of strong women leaders worldwide.

Program & certificate eligibility

Who can join the program:

  • any woman above the age of 18
  • willing to acquire knowledge to enhance their employability skills
  • willing to become a leader to drive change in the society
  • Can commit to 3 weeks 
Who will receive a certificate:

Complete the three-week program (including training, quizzes and one mandatory assignment), receive your certificate and join the ever-growing alumni community.
